不思議な感じ

大学からのメールに、"Before presenting our regular notices we would like to express our sympathy to all international students on campus that have been affected by the tragic event at Virginia Tech. If anyone needs any support during this time please contact the Victoria International Services Team"とかかれていた。　なんか不思議な感じ。
